Comments: The offer (hereinafter referred to as KP) must be issued on the official letterhead stamped and signed by the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
The CP should specify:
1) TMC price incl. VAT, including delivery to Buyer's warehouse, including packaging. The cost must be final, firm, including all additional costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Delivery time to Buyer's warehouse.
3) Product Warranty. It is necessary to specify the warranty period for the goods and the date from which the warranty starts (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the shipment from the supplier's warehouse, the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
4) Warranty replacement period.
5) The products must be new, not used, not restored, and not an exhibition model free from third party rights.
6) KP expiration date.
7) - Participants who do not include a Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead will not be accepted
