Qualification requirements for participants:
1. Experience in providing daily cleaning services for at least 1 year from the date of application.
2. Documents confirming gross proceeds (report on financial results);
3. Copies of contracts (with seals) concluded for at least 1 year.

Be sure to Before submitting commercial proposals, the bidder must arrive at the customer's site to inspect and determine the scope of work.

Prerequisite: the cleaners who are currently cleaning the object (located in the state of JSC "Tander") must go to the contractor that won the tender and stay at this object.

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

No E-signature is required.
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
