Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer no later than the 15th of the month following the reporting month, based on the act of services rendered signed by the Parties, the invoice and the invoice for payment. The contractor must submit an invoice for payment at least 5 banking days before the due date of payment.
The payment is considered to be made on the day the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
