Comments:
1.1. Requirements for the quality of services provided - in accordance with the requirements of GOST R
51870-2014 "Professional cleaning services - cleaning services", services for special
cleaning of technical premises should be provided in accordance with the requirements of GOST R
51870-2014 and other regulatory documents.
1.2. Requirements for the safety of services provided - in accordance with the requirements of GOST R
51870-2014, GOST 12.1.004-91 "System of occupational safety standards. Fire safety.
General requirements".
1.3. When providing services, the Contractor must use certified chemicals
, consumables. Domestic products must comply with GOST.
1.4. The services are provided using certified and serviceable
tools and equipment.
1.5. Uninterrupted work of personnel on complex
cleaning of premises with the use of consumables, inventory, equipment,
tools, other high-quality equipment and materials corresponding
to modern requirements of such services should be organized at the facilities.
1.6. The Contractor must appoint a responsible representative responsible for
the coordination and activities of the staff in the process of providing comprehensive cleaning services.
1.7. The responsible representative of the Contractor ensures daily monitoring of the
production activities of the personnel for the quality provision of services.
1.8. The responsible representative of the Contractor must inform on a daily basis
The customer about the state of cleanliness and order, the availability and provision of consumables and
other issues arising during the performance of complex cleaning.
1.9. The Contractor must bear the risk of damage to the Customer's property when performing complex cleaning of premises.
1.10. Purchase of all consumables, inventory, workwear, equipment and materials, tools and other equipment required for
the provision of services, cleaning chemicals, must be carried out at the expense of the Contractor.
1.11. The Contractor must take independent measures to eliminate violations during the execution of the terms of the Contract to restore
cleanliness and order.
1.12. The garbage formed after cleaning the premises should be removed into specialized garbage bags (cellophane, paper, etc
.) and immediately taken out into a garbage container, which should be taken out by the Customer as it is filled.
1.13. The Contractor is obliged to prevent the storage and storage of garbage bags with garbage in offices, premises and on the territory of buildings.
1.14. The Contractor must be responsible for the compliance of the personnel with the rules of safety, fire safety and behavior
when performing complex cleaning work.
1.14. The Contractor must use the electricity, water and other resources provided by the Customer with reasonable economy

1.15. The Contractor must warn about the detection of possible adverse consequences that may arise as a result of
provision of services and suspend their provision until appropriate instructions are received.
1.16. The Contractor must ensure full staffing and continuity of work in cases of staff absenteeism
(vacation, illness, dismissal, etc.).
1.17. The Contractor is obliged to inform the Customer in a timely manner about changes in the Contractor's personnel performing complex cleaning and in
submit a written application for changes in the composition of the staff and passage to the building.
1.18. In case of damage to the property of the Customer, his employees or third parties, the Contractor is obliged to compensate the losses in
full.
1.19. The Contractor must provide the personnel directly carrying out complex cleaning at the facilities with overalls.
The result of the work:
The results of the work are issued in the form of an act of completed work in two copies on paper.
