Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to participate in the pre-qualification categories "Cleaning services and cleaning of the adjacent territory, as well as Maintenance in administrative offices, technological and warehouse premises of the Central region (Volga + Ural) of PJSC "VimpelCom" for a period of 2 years.
Pre-qualification is carried out in two categories of services:
1st category - Cleaning services and cleaning of the adjacent territory.
2nd category - Maintenance.
Prequalification is carried out in order to identify contractors who will later be able to take part in procurement activities for these categories of procurement in different subjects of the Central region VimpelCom.
At the same time, the Central region of VimpelCom includes the following subjects of the Russian Federation:

The pre-qualification will consist of the following stages:
1) collection of documentation from counterparties;
2) verification of submitted documents.
In order to participate in the Pre-qualification, please submit the following documents to the B2B-Center electronic trading platform for this procedure PKO:
1. Contacts of the responsible manager on your side for this process of Prequalification (name, position, e-mail, working phone, mobile phone);
2. Electronic copies of the following documents (all templates are attached to the procurement documents):
- Participant's questionnaire (scan in PDF format);
- Privacy Statement (scan in PDF format);
- Letter of confirmation of unaffiliation (scan in PDF format);
- Application of consent to participate in the pre-qualification (scan in PDF format);
- Statement of Conformity with Qualification Requirements: separately — for Cleaning, separately — for Maintenance (completed, scan in PDF format and EXCEL + ALL Documents REQUIRED according to the Application in the Confirmation Documents column).
3. 3. In addition to the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements for Cleaning and Maintenance, provide all the documents indicated therein as confirming (column D).
Requirements for electronic copies of documents, each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- is saved to a separate file, while a single page document is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file ( for example, the Charter should be scanned into a single file (black and white PDF) rather than separate pages; $
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file must indicate its content, and for the Qualification Statement, the name of the file must contain the number of the Annex to which it relates.
Provision of feedback from PJSC VimpelCom - after verification of the documents provided by you for compliance with the qualification requirements.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC "VimpelCom" the obligations provided for by these articles.
