Payment terms:in accordance with the draft contract, including:
- hourly payment, monthly after signing acts on the provision of services for the reporting period (month)
Delivery terms:in accordance with the draft contract, including:
- one-time cleaning upon request;
- min.number of hours for one application no more than 5, incl. feed time;
- the price of one hour of service no more than 2300, excluding VAT;
- The price for the provision of services includes all direct costs and overhead costs, including any taxes, as well as remuneration of the Contractor
- filing time no more than 1 hour;
- the start date for the provision of services for each application is no more than 24 hours

Comments:
The application must be loaded with a commercial offer (KP), including:
1. KP validity period
2. conditions for the provision of services that do not worsen the conditions determined by the organizer of the procedure
3. payment terms that do not worsen the conditions defined by the organizer of the procedure

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
