Participants should:
1) fill in the application form (Appendix 1) and a declaration of compliance with qualification requirements (annex 2) and to submit them electronically (.xls) and the signed form (PDF), updated with supporting documents as specified in the qualifications.
2) provide financial reporting form (Appendix 5), but only in electronic format (.xls). The form is filled for the last two reporting years-2016, 2015.
3) to send a response to the letter about moving to EDO (annex 7)
