Comments: MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE CONCLUSION OF A SUPPLY CONTRACT:
1. Availability of the status – manufacturer, or valid dealer authority with manufacturers. In order to confirm the supplier's status, it is necessary to upload the relevant documents immediately during the request process along with the commercial offer with (offer).
2. Upon delivery of the goods, the Supplier is obliged to provide the original documents for the supplied products: invoice, consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), consignment note, quality certificates.
The contract is concluded strictly in the editorial office of Moskoks JSC.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
