Payment terms:
The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time February 2023. The Goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the Goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse Kemerovo region-Kuzbass, Mezhdurechensk, Northern industrial zone, warehouse at the mine named after V.I.Lenin. The delivered product must be new, not restored.

For Participants who have previously registered in the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download offers by the Organizer of the price request on behalf of the Participant. To do this, you must have three documents:
- An offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to perform actions on behalf of the Participant (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant himself (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).
In the subject of the letter, you must specify the number of the procedure and the full name of the organizer.
