The request for proposals is not a kind of competitive bidding process and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Bid Notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.

Перечень обязательных требований:1. Из поковки со следующими требованиями:
1.1. Гр. III HB 223…262 ГОСТ 8479-70.
1.2. Заготовку после предварительной термической и механической обработки подвергнуть УЗК в объёме 100% по ГОСТ 24507-80. Группа качества поковки 2n. Шероховатость под УЗК должна быть Ra 6,3.
2. Предоставление сертификатов качества/соответствия продукции;
3. Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия не менее 30 календарных дней.

Примечание: в ЯГАИ.721515.003 ТТ п.1 указана твердость поверхности зубьев.
