Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms are 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred deferral period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is VAT excl., including the cost of transportation and other costs associated with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Payment for products is made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's checking account. The currency of payment is the Russian ruble.
The Buyer shall make payments to the product based on the receipt results, provided that the Supplier provides original product quality documents, invoices and invoices that correspond to the receipt results and are issued in accordance with legal requirements.
Delivery terms:
Preferred delivery time: 30 days from signing the specification.
The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and by himself to the Buyer's warehouse in Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky Irkutsk Region, st. Industrial 5. Possessing a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The item delivered must be new, not restored.
When shipping goods, it is mandatory to notify the Buyer with copies of: invoices, TRADE-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

2. Conclusion of supply agreement in the buyer's editorial office.
At the same time as placing an offer, the participant should attach copies of the statutes (see the list in the procurement documents) at the time of submission of the offer. One important criterion for evaluating a proposal is deferred payment. The preferred deferral period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery. Mandatory requirement: the products must be new, have documents confirming the quality, origin and testing of the product. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a delivery agreement within 5 days by Korshunovsky GOK (see attached file). Please note that this request does not constitute a notice of competition or a public offer and is not governed by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
