The Buyer pays by transferring funds to the Supplier’s account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
When submitting an offer on a prepayment basis, the supplier will need to provide an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee. Bank guarantees can be guaranteed by banks holding 50 top positions in official ratings of the largest Russian banks at the time of issuing the guarantee, or international banks with a rating of at least Baa3 / BBB-. The validity period of a bank guarantee must be not less than the period of fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier, in the provision of which a bank guarantee is issued, increased by at least three months.

Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 30 days from the date of signing the specification.
The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky Irkutsk Region, ul. Industrial 5. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

3. Be sure to original factory packaging, with the logo of the manufacturer.
4. For each type of product there should be a passport (quality certificate).
5. Be sure to attach quality certificates, product passports to each position.

7. The conclusion of the supply contract as amended by the buyer without making changes and additions.
Simultaneously with the placement of the price offer, the participant should attach copies of the statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) at the time of submitting the proposal. One of the important criteria for evaluating an offer is deferred payment. The preferred grace period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery. Mandatory requirement - the product must be new, the presence of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. An organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement within 5 days as amended by PJSC Korshunov Mining Plant (see attached file). We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
