Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the carrier in the buyer's warehouse.
When submitting an offer on prepayment terms, the supplier will be required to provide an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee. As guarantors on bank guarantees can be banks, occupying at the moment of issue of the guarantee of 50 top positions in official ratings of the largest banks of Russia, or the international banks with the rating not below BB +/ва2. The period of validity of the bank guarantee shall be not less than the term of performance of obligations by the supplier, in the provision of which a bank guarantee, increased not less than three months.
The price of the goods is given without VAT-20%, but includes all the costs of customs clearance, packaging and delivery of goods to the warehouse of the buyer G. Zheleznogorsk-Ilimskiy Irkutsk region.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 30 days from the date of signature of the specification.

Comments: 1. Production of RUSSIA and CIS countries

3. Necessarily original factory packaging, with the manufacturer's logo.
4. Each type of product must have a Passport (quality certificate).
5. Necessarily attaching quality passports, passports of goods for each position.
6. When submitting proposals, mandatory provision of documents according to the attached list.
7. Conclusion of the delivery contract in the buyer's editorial office without amendments and additions.
At the same time as placing the quotation, the participant should attach copies of the statutory documents (see the list in the purchase documentation) necessarily at the time of submission of the offer. One of the important criteria for the evaluation of the proposal is deferred payment. The preferred grace period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery. Mandatory requirement-products must be new, availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a contract of delivery within 5 days in the edition of PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see attached file). Please note that this request is not a notice of competition or public offer and is not regulated by article 447-449 ch. 1 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code, art. 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
