Payment terms:
100% postpayment on the receipt of the TMC to the intermediate warehouse in n. Lower Bestyakh, within 20 bank days from the date of delivery.
VAT is included.
Include transportation costs in the cost of delivery but set aside by a separate line.

Upon shipment, Buyer's mandatory notification, providing copies: invoices, BIG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments: 1) Please note that participating in a competition means agreeing to the buyer's form of contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer electronically.
3) When exhibiting a KP, it is necessary to specify the product manufacturer, availability, production time, delivery time to supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (mass, volume, quantity, quantity of containers), point of shipment;
4) The products must be new, not used;
5) Products must be appended certificates of conformity, passport, proof document
quality;
6) Packing sheet must be filled before shipment (see example filling in the purchase
documentation), stick a packing sheet on the packaging with the item, and send copies of documents to the customer via email.
Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

Packaging design (transport packaging) shall provide the possibility of transporting goods by any mechanical device, including forklift, cranes, carts or manual manipulation, in depending on the size and weight of the cargo (s). The packaging design must be done so as not to prevent free access to the contents of the cargo area.
Metal roll (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (wire, rod or metal tape) into bundles (packets). The bundle of cargo places must withstand the weight of the load in the pack during the production of loading and unloading and prevent metal rolled from the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or factory tag from the manufacturer).
Also, to prevent TMC deficiency in delivery, a UL with full data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) is to the TMC list that cannot be visually calculated in the cut (pipe, sheller, etc.).
