3) If it is necessary to change the conditions of the procedure (assessment procedure, technical requirements, etc.), the Customer makes adjustments to the documentation. In this case, the deadlines for accepting and considering applications are shifted.
4) The customer has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any time before the announcement of the results without any consequences for himself. The organizer of the auction recognizes the exclusive prerogative of choosing a counterparty and refusing to conclude an agreement with the winner at the discretion of the organizer.
Conclusion of an agreement on the basis of: 1. The contract is concluded in the form attached to the notification as part of the purchase documents.
2 If the winner has not submitted a draft agreement signed on his part, he is considered to have evaded the conclusion of the agreement. 3 The evasion of the winner from concluding an agreement with the Customer is the basis for the inclusion of this supplier in the Register of unscrupulous counterparties. The contract (specification for the contract) signed by the participant must be received from the winner of the auction within 7 working days or within the time period specified in the notification. It is allowed to sign (exchange) documents in electronic form (scans) with subsequent replacement with originals.
