Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment with a postponement not more than 30 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the goods, provided that the supplier has issued invoices in accordance with the requirements of the tax code of the Russian Federation. Payment under the contract is made by the buyer by transferring the funds to the current account of the supplier, as well as in other ways not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of goods is made by the buyer with a deferment of payment at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the goods, provided that the supplier issued in accordance with the requirements of the NC RF Invoices. Payment under the contract is made by the buyer by transferring the funds to the current account of the supplier, as well as in other ways not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
