Payment terms:Advance payment - not provided; Payment is made within one of the following terms:
- within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the TORG-12 or UPD at a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. (inclusive);
- within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of TORG-12 or UPD at a contract price of more than 5 million rubles;
- within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Customer of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or UPD in case of concluding an agreement with SMEs.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
