Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: 1. It is necessary to attach a Commercial Proposal (KP) in electronic form. Quotations without an attached commercial proposal will be considered last.
2. When placing a commercial proposal, the following information must be indicated:
- Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery (with indication of taxation);
- Payment terms;
- Delivery term;
- Type of packaging / container;
- Conformity certificates;
- Reference to the manufacturer;
- Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
- Warranty.
3. Products must be new, not used;
4. The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
quality.
We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
