Comments:
The equipment must be new, not used, not restored.
Production date not earlier than 2021
Manufacturer (non-supplier/seller) supplied equipment warranty for at least 1 year from the date of delivery.
The Cisco licenses granted with the supplied equipment must be registered with R-Alliance LLC as a first and end user.

The right to enter into a contract for the supply of equipment after being accredited by the Client.

This procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer.
