Changes in the composition of premix recipes are not considered). The compositions of the attached premix recipes indicate the content of pure biologically active forms of vitamins. The recipes provided by you should indicate the content of the active substance in the starting substance, the amount of the starting substance, taking into account its activity. The premix formulations should use vitamins from leading manufacturers: DSM, Adisseo, BASF, Loman, etc. All ingredients included in the premixes must have a complete package of quality documents, as well as documents on the thermal stability of all vitamins. Each batch of premixes must be produced on working days and during working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 for the presence of our representative during the development. Before the production of each batch of premixes, the production line should be cleaned, the storage bins in front of the weighing dispensers should be empty. All components for the produced batch of goods must be presented to the buyer's representative in a baggy bag in an undigested form and filled into the hopper in his presence. In the absence of a buyer's representative, we can request copies of quality certificates for ingredients and printouts from dosing devices for each plumb line. The quality certificate must necessarily indicate the quality indicators, taking into account the ingredients used, the filler. Batches of premixes will be examined for vitamins and trace elements in the arbitration laboratory of the Leningrad MVL FSBI (St. Petersburg). All plants that participate in the bidding must have their own laboratory to determine the input control of raw materials.
At each production of premixes, the supplier is obliged, together with the transfer of the Goods, to provide samples of all components included in the Product, including filler and finished products. Samples are transferred to the authorized representative of the Buyer, who has the appropriate power of attorney, sealed, with the preparation of a commission selection act. This Act is signed by representatives of the Supplier and the Buyer.
Samples are taken for two samples of each ingredient included in the composition of premixes of the following weight:
- vitamins and trace elements - 100 gr. / 1 sample,
- filler - 500 gr./1 sample,
- finished products - 1000 gr./ 1 sample.
All vehicles delivering Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer.
It is absolutely necessary to attach a certified route of motor transport to the ETP (with a detour of ASF zones).
If the same lowest price per Lot is indicated in several offers, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, other things being equal, is recognized as the winner of the electronic auction. If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in the power supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees on a business trip) could not exhibit on the electronic platform, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Everything is only on the electronic platform. Please take this into account.
The final choice of suppliers and volumes of LLC "Tambov bacon" is chosen referring to intra-group regulatory documents and rules.
We work according to our contract form and appendices (in the attachment). Also, the winner of the auction will need to provide a full set of statutory documents (in the attachment).
When submitting each new application, it is necessary to attach a commercial offer to the B2B ETP.
You will also need to submit to the tax service "consent to the recognition of part of the information of tax secrecy about the presence (settlement/non-regulation) of an unformed source along the chain of suppliers of goods (works/services) for the deduction of the amount of VAT, publicly available."
