Payment terms:Payment for the delivered products (goods) is made within 60 days from the date of receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse, and the provision of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: 1 sq. 2021 (with the right of early delivery).
The cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse shall be included into the products price.

2. The recommended period of validity of the offer is at least 30 calendar days from the day following the day of the end of acceptance of Applications;
3. A mandatory requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods;
4. Mandatory requirement - uploading a price offer signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
5. Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, the submission of the documents specified in the attached "List of Documents" is mandatory;
6. For participation in the procurement procedure, you can contact for clarification on the persons specified in the notice and procurement documentation. Including for advice on registration on the site, various methods and procedures for submitting proposals;
7. Please, note, that this request for proposals is not a form of tender/auction/public offer and is not subject to articles 447—449. Part I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. At the same time, the Organizer does not have the obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
