Payment terms:
Payment terms by agreement of the parties on the basis of the contract. Preference is given to suppliers who have offered a deferred payment of at least 60 days.
Delivery terms:
The delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties. The participant of the purchase must specify a specific delivery time of the goods from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days / 30 days, etc.). The possibility of delivery of the goods in the shortest possible time after the conclusion of the contract is the advantage of the supplier when choosing the winner of the purchase.
