This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.

At the conclusion of the contract it is necessary to provide the following documents:
- Charter (as amended),
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity or Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entity registered before July 1, 2002. ,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)

Обоснование: В связи с срочностью закупки, были выбраны поставщики, с которыми были заключены ранее договора и осуществлялись поставки оборудования и материалов. Сроки поставки у выигравших поставщиков с которыми не было сделок не соответствуют реальным, по некоторым позициям цена товара ниже рыночной в 2 раза.
