1) Products must be new, not used.

3) Contract awarding criteria: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
4) This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the CIVIL Code of the RUSSIAN Federation;
5) This procedure is not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the RF CIVIL code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6) Before Shipment It is necessary to fill the packing list (see Example of filling in the purchase documentation), paste packing list on the package with the goods, copy to send to the Customer by email.
7) The Goods must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the regions of the far north and the areas equated to them. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
