Данная форма обязательна к заполнению.
Допускается подача коммерческих предложения на каждый лот отдельно или объединение лотов на усмотрение участника тендера.
Для анализа неценовых критериев компетенций участников тендера необходимо заполнить Приложение №3 – Сведения о Компании.
Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
