The buyer no earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of both Parties of the Consignment Note in the form No. TORG-12, approved by the Decree of the Goskomstat of the Russian Federation No. 132 of 12/25/1998 and the act of transfer and acceptance of a set of documents for the goods specified in Specifications, on the basis of the relevant invoice issued by the Supplier (Invoice) and no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days, it settles the goods actually delivered by the Supplier by transferring funds to the settlement account avschika. |
