If an agreement is reached between the parties, the agreement is concluded no later than 20 days from the date of publication of the final protocol on the website http://www.b2b-center.ru/.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the procedure and (or) change the date of consideration of the Participants' proposals, summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, and also terminate the request for proposals procedure. In this case, the Organizer does not bear any responsibility to the Participants, to whom such an action may cause losses.
