| Payment terms: | Advance payment - from 0% to 30% of the Contract price, payment for the actually delivered Goods - from 60% to 90% of the cost (price) of the Goods (as delivered), deferred payment - 10% of the Contract price.
The amount of the advance payment may be at the decision of the Participant of the procurement procedure (potential Supplier) in the range from 0 (zero)% to 30 (thirty)% of the Price (value) of the Goods, the delivery of which is carried out for the purpose of construction (Construction) of the Capital Construction Object.
Payment for Services - 100% of the cost of actually rendered Services. |
