Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for spacecraft:
1. Payment terms - obligatory deferral of 60 calendar days.
2. It is possible to submit alternative proposals that meet the requirements of the TOR
3. Attach to the application for participation a detailed commercial proposal in accordance with the TK, a completed table of compliance with the TK and documentation for Appendix No. 5 of the TK (IMPORTANT! The proposal is not considered without mandatory documentation)
4. The CA's consent to sign the contract without protocols of disagreements within one month after the announcement of the results of the competition with the date of commencement of work from the moment of signing in the conditions specified in the TOR.

The offer is accepted only for each Lot as a whole.
Participation is free of charge.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
