Payment terms:There is no advance payment (if it is impossible to work on a non-cash basis, prescribe your own terms of the advance with justification of the reason).
General contracting expenses in the amount of 5% are included in the total cost.
Payment within 20 working days after signing the COP-2, COP-3.
Final payment – 10% payment (deferred payment) from the amount of the contract – after the completion and delivery of the entire scope of work under the contract and the signing of the final Act of delivery and acceptance of work (Appendix No. 6 to the contract) within 35 working days.

Comments:
1. The cost of "ELCO" TRIGON XL 500 boilers is fixed for the company "E-stroy" LLC (Appendix 8). In calculating the cost of boilers, take into account the cost of installation work. The cost of boilers is indicated in line No. 11.73 of the cost calculation.
2. Execution of works – in accordance with the terms of reference.
3. The volumes of work indicated in the cost calculation form are subject to verification and recalculation.
4. If there are works unaccounted for in the project and the terms of reference, enter them in the cost calculation form.
5. Submission of the documents specified in Appendix No. 6 is mandatory for all participants, the absence of documents/non-compliance with the established requirements is the basis for refusal of admission to participate in this tender procedure.
A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is the conclusion of a guarantee agreement by an individual (the founder of the organization of the winner of the tender). The guarantor undertakes to be jointly and severally liable to LLC "E-stroy" for the performance of work under the contract, for the fulfillment of warranty obligations by the company, for the return of the advance payment in case of non-performance of work.
