Pirelli Russia, represented by KIROV TYR PC LLC, offers to participate in the internal procedure for selecting the performer for the work specified in the technical assignment.

PROCEDURE CONDITIONS:

The procedure is carried out in a single stage in real time. The second stage of collecting "retrade" proposals is only possible in exceptional cases.
The procedure may be extended at the request of the participant. To do this, you need to contact the representative of Pirelli Russia.
Participation implies consent to enter into contractual relations with Kirov Tyre LLC under the terms provided for by the attached form of contract and annexes. In case of disagreement, a protocol of disagreement must be attached to the commercial proposal.

In the case of a construction and installation contract, it is imperative to provide an estimated calculation/estimate in accordance with the General Compensation Requirements and calculation/estimates of Kirov Tyre PC.


SUBMITTING AN OFFER:

For the final price bid, a commercial offer with the value on the official form of the organization, with the signature and seal of the authorized person, must be backed up.

The commercial offer should specify:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of a technical assignment (such as time frames, warranty obligations, etc.)
Information on subcontracting organizations listing their names and INN.
