Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment method and terms - non-cash form of settlements, 30% prepayment, final settlement upon completion of work within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed work (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with originals of primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 05/26/2024 to 07/15/2024.
The order of deliveries according to the Commercial Proposal in accordance with the Customer's Terms of Reference.
The equipment is supplied by and at the expense of the Supplier by road.
All documents, passports, registration certificates, PTC must be provided for the supplied equipment.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Execution of works by a specialized organization that has a permit to carry out this type of work.

Guarantee - according to the standard contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment)
Payment terms -30% prepayment, final payment upon completion of work within 60 calendar days
Duration of work (specify the maximum possible)
The Commercial Proposal template should be attached in free form in the format .pdf
Price fixing until 07/15/2024
