Comments:
The facade is partially executed, it is required to perform (completion) works on the existing facade in the amount of 248 m2.
Contractor's representative must visit the work site for inspection and clarification before submitting the proposal.

To participate in the purchase you need to fill in and send through the interface of the trading platform:
- Typical commercial offer (TKP) (Appendix №1 on 2 sheets), - - Participant Questionnaire (Appendix No. 2)
(see attachments) .$

Documents (filled in TCH and Questionnaire) must be provided in an editable format, as well as in a non-editable format — scanned copies in pdf signed with the seal of the organization. It is not allowed to make changes to TCH conditions, delete rows, change the structure of tables.

In addition, it is necessary to provide:
- Reference on the list and volume of implementation of similar contracts (Annex No. 3)
- Information on professional competence (Annex No. 4)

Based on the results of the consideration of the submitted documents, copies of the constituent documents, balance sheet of the company, electronic extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, documents of good faith can be additionally requested.

The Civil Code of the Russian Federation is not a basis for compensation of losses of the Parties in connection with the non-conclusion of the contract.
