Documents (Estimate and Participant Questionnaire) must be submitted in the original editable format, as well as in non-editable format - scanned copies in pdf signed with the seal of the organization. It is not allowed to make changes to the ESTIMATE, namely: delete rows, change the structure of tables, adjust volumes. Appendices 3 and 4 are submitted in signed scanned copies.
Based on the results of consideration of the submitted documents, copies of constituent documents, a company's balance sheet, an electronic extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, documents of good faith may be additionally requested.
