Start of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.
The procedure for providing materials, machines and mechanisms:
The customer does not provide goods and materials, machines, mechanisms, tools and equipment for the performance of work.
The list of necessary equipment, equipment, and hand tools is determined by the Contractor independently, on the basis of the developed documentation and the technical decisions made therein, subject to the observance of the work schedule (Appendix No. 2 to the statement of work).
Detailed information on the requirements is indicated in Section 2 of the ToR.
Key requirements for contractor personnel:
1. The number of personnel and the composition of the teams is formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work performed, taking into account the provision of work in accordance with the Schedule (Appendix No. 2 to the statement of work);
2. Availability and maintenance of basic documents on occupational health and safety (certification, certificates, permits, orders, instructions, maintaining a log of job assignments, a log of instruction briefing at the workplace, electrical safety certificates and access to work at height);
3. The composition of employees must include qualified workers;
4. As part of the engineering and technical department, the presence of a VET engineer at the facility with a laptop, stationery and supplies necessary for paperwork is required;
5. The mode of work is determined by the internal Order of the Contractor taking into account the requirements for the performance of work by the Customer.
Detailed information on the requirements is indicated in Section 3 of the ToR.
Accommodation, meals, staff delivery at the work site:
1. Accommodation, meals are not provided;
2. Delivery (travel) of personnel is carried out by the Contractor and is his responsibility.
Requirements for the presence of permits for the contractor:
In accordance with the requirements of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the provision of an extract from the Register of members of the SRO-S and SRO-P is mandatory (the object is not an OPO).
Health and Safety Requirements:
1. Availability of OSH;
2. Availability of the HSE system.
The basic requirements for the scope of work are set out in paragraph 1.8 of the TOR.
Requirements for the production of construction and installation works are set out in paragraph 1.9 of the TOR.
