detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the procurement documentation.
1. Proposals will not be accepted without PODGRUZHENNOJ documentation (according to the list of requirements for the composition of the KP)
2. For participation in this purchasing procedure the form "card-Offer" (Appendix № 1 to the purchase documentation) is obligatory filled. All tabs of the map-offer are obligatory for filling;
3. Contract awarding criteria: Availability of necessary documents for project and construction activity, quality, terms and cost of performance of works, terms of payment, availability of work experience;
4. This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 Ch. 1 of the Russian Civil Code;
5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian Civil Code;
6. Thus, this procedure of request for proposal does not impose on the customer the corresponding amount of civil obligations;
7. The enclosed contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
