Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:order requirements and the terms of payment shall be established by the provider in the draft Treaty, which will be considered by the customer with the right to make changes and additions.
Payment is made after the execution of the works within 30 working days, in the form of non-cash settlement.

BUT Peace is a closed administrative-territorial entity, the legal status of the Federal law of 14.07.1992 No. 3297-1 "on closed administrative-territorial formation. RF Government Decree No. 655 26.06.1998 approved of the provision on securing special treatment BUT, on whose territory are objects of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense.
On site BUT the peace installed a special regime of safe operation of enterprises (organizations), which provides for restrictions on the entry of nationals on its territory.
Duties of registration decals for the territory BUT are vested in the Executive.
