Comments:
The complex of works includes 8 stages:
Step 1 - Geographically Assess the Coverage Required Areas
Step 2 - Permits
Phase 3 — Design
Stage 4 - Purchase and supply of equipment
Step 5 - Implementation of construction and commissioning
Step 6 - Test program and procedure
Step 7 - Trial operation
Stage 8 - Training of specialists of the operating organization
Detailed requirements for the project are reflected in the Technical Assignment (Appendix No. 2 to the revoked letter) and its annexes.
If you are interested in performing the work, please submit a tender offer no later than 24.12.2021, which must contain:
1. KP in the form — Proposal Cards (Appendix No. 1 to the ref. Letter);
2. Detailed cost calculation by stages;
3. A presentation about the company, in accordance with the specified requirements of the Customer;
4. Constituent documents of the company, according to the list reflected in Appendix No. 3 to the reproduced letter;
5. Consent to the processing of personal data in the form of Appendix No. 4 to the email;
6. A completed counterparty questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 5 to the ref. letter.
If you have any questions about this project, we ask you to formulate all questions in a single letter.

The incoming message should not exceed 10 MB.

In case of violation of these conditions, the customer reserves the right to reject the application.

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations.
