Comments:
Detailed requirements for the project are reflected in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1) and its annexes.
If you are interested in performing the work, please provide a tender proposal, no later than January 31, 2020, which must contain:
1. KP in form - Offer cards (Appendix No. 2);
2. Detailed costing;
3. Constituent documents of the company, according to the list reflected in Appendix No. 3;
4. Consent to the processing of personal data in the form of Appendix No. 4;
5. Completed counterparty questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 5.
If you have questions about this project, we ask you to formulate all the questions in a single letter no later than 01/28/2020.

In case of violation of these conditions, the customer reserves the right to reject the application.

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
