Payment terms:
There is no advance payment (if it is impossible to work on a non-cash basis, prescribe your own terms of the advance with justification of the reason).
General contracting expenses in the amount of 5% are included in the total cost.
Payment within 20 working days after signing the COP-2, COP-3.
Final payment – 10% payment (deferred payment) from the amount of the contract – after the completion and delivery of the entire scope of work under the contract and the signing of the final Act of delivery and acceptance of work (Appendix No. 6 to the contract) within 35 working days.
A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is the conclusion of a guarantee agreement by an individual (the founder of the organization of the winner of the tender). The guarantor undertakes to jointly and severally answer to LLC "E-stroy" for the performance of work under the contract, for the fulfillment of the company's warranty obligations, for the refund of the advance in case of non-performance of work.

Comments: Essential conditions of the tender:
1. Bricks, aerated concrete blocks, pazogrebnevye gypsum slabs for masonry walls and partitions are provided by the General Contractor.
2. Execution of works – in accordance with the terms of reference.
3. The volumes of work specified in the cost calculation form are subject to verification and recalculation.
4. If there are works unaccounted for in the project and the terms of reference, enter them in the cost calculation form.
5. Submission of the documents specified in Appendix No. 6 is mandatory for all participants, the absence of documents/non-compliance with the established requirements is the basis for refusal of admission to participate in this tender procedure.
