Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please note that participation in this tender is possible only when filling out all calculation options! (both lots)

1. The order and conditions of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of lots.
2. Provision of Bank guarantee in advance from 10 000 000 rubles. (BG from the bank enters the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the object or signing of the final COP 2 and COP 3 on the investment programme).
3. The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract price, paid to the general contractor in 1 year after the act of acceptance of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
4. Warranty period for works performed - not less than 12 months
5. Term of work - 30 calendar days. The procedure and schedule of work should be agreed with the customer.
6. When carrying out works on dismantling of internal engineering networks and systems it is necessary to draw up the actual layout diagrams with bindings on the plan of utility networks and equipment for subsequent installation engineering networks and equipment.$ When installing these schemes to agree with the Customer.
7. The organization must be a member of SRO and have at least 5 people in the IT
8. Main/profile type of activity of the organization and experience of carrying out works on PARTIALURLPLACEHOLDER
9. The need for accreditation to JSC "Thunder" for consideration of the results of the tender and further work
10. Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure of financing.

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
