Comments:
1. Successful participation requires uploading documentation:
- legal documents listed in the list; $
- filled proforma;
- commercial offer; $
* Please indicate in the commercial proposal the readiness of signing the contract in the version of the Customer, or, if there are differences, provide a protocol of disagreements.
2. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
3. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code;
4. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
5. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
