We ask you to consider the possibility of performing the CMP. In case of a positive decision, provide the following information:
1. Cover letter;
2. The completed offer card;
3. Completed calculation of the contract price;
4. Completed calculation of additional costs;
5. A completed list of attracted equipment and equipment with the attachment of scanned copies of documents for the attracted equipment (PTS/PSM, lease agreement with the application of PTS/PSM, passports for equipment);
6. Completed reference list;
7. An up-to-date extract from the SRO register on the SMR;
8. Scanned copies of documents confirming the qualification of the staff, or a letter of guarantee on the provision of the necessary documents in case of winning the competition;
9. Agreed draft agreement (it is necessary to agree on the terms of the agreement by making the appropriate mark in the offer card: "agreed"/ "not agreed". In case of disagreement with any points, submit the relevant protocol of disagreements for consideration within the deadline for submitting a commercial offer).

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
