2. Proposals will not be accepted without uploaded documentation: commercial application, calculations, completed forms and a package of constituent documents
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of own resources, availability of necessary documents for conducting activities. quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms, work experience and reputation of the company in the market.
4. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
