Payment terms:Payment for the Works shall be made within 60 (Sixty) calendar days upon completion of the work from the date of signing the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed in the KS-2 form and the Certificates of the cost of the work performed and costs in the KS-3 form.
In the case of advance payments, advance payments are secured by an unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee issued by a bank from the TOP-20.
From the amount of payments, the Customer withholds 5 (Five)% to ensure the quality of the Works and the proper fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations to eliminate defects that have arisen through the fault of the Contractor from the moment of signing the Certificate of acceptance of work performed in the form of KS-2 and Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs in the form KS-3 during the Warranty Period. (the participant can offer his own conditions)
