Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Products shall be paid in non-cash order by transfer of funds to the account of the Service Provider. Payment currency - RUB. Terms of payment - The buyer makes the following payments: ADVANCE - NOT MORE THAN 30%, then - in stages, according to the acts in the form of COP-2 and COP-3 for certain types of work, monthly, after the signing of the relevant documents.

Comments:
1.Cost of construction and installation works;
2. Duration of construction and installation works;
3. Period of validity of the offer;
4. The availability of permits for the construction-
installation works;
5. All prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier;
6. This procedure is not a tender or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
7. The terms of the contract are not subject to revision. If the supplier participates in the trades, it means that it agrees in case it is announced by the winner that it has concluded a delivery agreement according to the standard form of JSC "ZTZ" without a protocol of disagreements and make delivery under the conditions specified in the procurement notice;
8. The work must be carried out in accordance with the scope of the working documentation and the current regulatory framework of the Russian Federation. Appendices No. 1, 2,3,4;
9. Scope of work listed in the TOR Appendix No. 3, No. 4 - is enlarged, while unit prices and total cost must take into account all costs for the work on the working documentation.
10. When performing work, materials that meet the safety requirements, the requirements of existing GOSTs, SNIPs and other normative documents should be applied.
