Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. Cost of execution of construction and installation works;
2. Duration of construction and installation works;
3. Term of validity of the commercial offer;
4. Availability of permitting documents for the implementation of construction and
installation works;
5. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier;
6. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
7. The terms of the contract are not subject to revision. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that he agrees in the event of announcing its winner to conclude a contract for delivery under the standard form of JSC "ZTK" without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase;
8. Works should be carried out in accordance and in the volume of working documentation and the current normative base of the Russian Federation. Applications № 1, 2, 3, 4.;
9. The amount of work listed in the Tor is enlarged, with the single rates and the total cost must take into account all the costs for the performance of work on the working documents.
10. In the performance of works should be used materials that meet the requirements of safety, the requirements of existing gost, snip and other normative documents.
