Auto-extension

Comments:
1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The validity of the proposal of applicants is at least one year.
4. The cost of services and service charges should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.


GSI SNEMA LLC reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, and also to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
