Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of the service. Proposals with a credit limit of at least 1 million rubles are also allowed for consideration.
Delivery terms:The term for the provision of services: 1 year, from the date of signing the service agreement.
The quantity in purchasing items is indicative and in fact may differ both in a smaller and a larger direction.

Comments:
The cost of air and railway tickets should not exceed the tariffs, taxes, fees of the carriers themselves indicated on the official sources on the day of purchase. The TCH service fee for the return of air tickets / train tickets is 0 (zero) rubles. The purchase items indicate the annual (approximate) volume for the need for railway and air tickets.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
The suppliers' offer is valid until the end of 2019.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
