Comments:
The cost of air and railway tickets should not exceed the tariffs, taxes, fees of the carriers themselves indicated on official sources on the day of purchase. TCH service fee for the return of air tickets / train tickets - 0 (zero) rubles. The purchase items indicate the annual (approximate) volume for the need for railway and air tickets.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form, before opening the envelopes, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The validity period of the bidders' proposals is at least one year.
4. The cost of services and service charges must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.


LLC "GSI SNEMA" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results except for the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, and also to exclude any participant from the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
